Shopper Milestones

Shopper Milestones are a way that Shipt recognizes and rewards shoppers for their hard work and commitment throughout their shopper journey.* Check out the different levels of Shopper Milestones below to see what exciting rewards may be in your future!**

**Note: Shoppers must be active in order to receive their milestone rewards. Contents of Shopper Milestones packages may vary.

Redeeming Points

Each time you hit a milestone, you’ll receive a notification from Shipt, and the points will be automatically added to your account!

To redeem your points: 

  • Visit the Shipt Shop and click on Rewards.
  • To log in, use the email address associated with your shopper or driver account and your Shopper ID number as the password. You’ll be prompted to create your own unique password after your first login.
    • Your Shopper ID can be found on the Account screen in the shopper app. 
  • You'll see your current point balance in the top-right corner of your screen.
  • Use your points for exclusive rewards, including Shipt and milestone-specific merch, tech gadgets, furniture, and more.
    • If you want to buy something that costs more points than you have, you can use another payment method at checkout to cover up to 20% of the points value for the item. For example, if your item is 1,500 points but you only have 1,200, you can purchase the remaining 300 points with another payment method at checkout.

You’re welcome to save up your points and redeem them for multiple milestones at once, however, keep in mind that points must be redeemed within 6 months of receipt or they will expire. Your points balance and expiration dates can be found by tapping the Account icon > My Account > My Points



Terms & Conditions

Shipt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Milestone Program (“Program”), or any part thereof, at any time without notice and without obligations to you or any other individual participants in the Program. To be eligible to redeem any milestone reward through the Program, participants must be active (i.e., must have completed at least one Shipt order within the calendar year of redeeming the applicable milestone reward, and your shopper account cannot be suspended or deactivated at the time of redemption) on the Shipt platform, in good standing pursuant to their applicable Independent Contractor Service agreement with Shipt, and comply with all applicable processes to redeem a milestone reward as directed by Shipt. Any individual participant who has been deactivated is not eligible to earn or redeem any milestone rewards. The ability to redeem rewards may be delayed following the reactivation of your shopper account for any reason including, but not limited to, following a suspension or deactivation. Redemption of a reward will expire six months from the date of achievement (“Redemption Period”), unless otherwise stated by Shipt. The shorter of Redemption Periods will always apply. Shipt also reserves the right to decline any reward to individuals at Shipt’s discretion.

The Program and/or any of its rewards may be unavailable or interrupted from time to time for a variety of reasons. Shipt is not responsible for any unavailability or interruptions of the Program, or any of its rewards. The Program and all the information accessible through it are provided for informational purposes only on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Shipt makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, currency, or completeness, as to the operation of the Program, the information, materials, content, availability, and products. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shipt disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Program Termination:

Shipt reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate the Program or its rewards at any time and for any reason. If the Program is suspended, revoked or terminated, all rewards may be forfeited immediately upon the suspension, revocation or termination of the Program.
