How should shoppers handle substitutions from Norton's Florist?

No, items cannot be returned to Norton's Florist, with the exception of alcohol. Alcohol must be returned if the customer is unresponsive or does not present a valid ID during delivery.

- The best way to position an arrangement in your vehicle is to place it in the front seat (see image below).
- Step 1: Buckle the seatbelt with no package present.
- Step 2: Pull the lap belt out and place the package in the seat.
- Step 3: Secure the lap belt on top of the carryout box, or on top of the “hump” of the vase, keeping the shoulder strap behind the arrangement.
- Non-floral gifts (wine, chocolates, candles, etc.) included with the order will be placed in a brown craft paper bag with tissue paper.
